Play, serve, and celebrate the outdoors with the Children and Nature Network.
Let’s G.O.! (Get Outside) is a yearly event held throughout the month of April that engages young people to have fun, explore and volunteer in the outdoors. The youth-inspired and youth-led celebration is focused on connecting families to the wonders of nature and bringing nationwide attention to the importance of outdoor activity to healthy childhood development.
The types of events hosted can range from nature exploration (bird watching, hiking, fishing) to volunteerism (community gardening, trail restoration, clean-ups).
