Some blossoms damaged by intense rain, and many bushes with few to no blossoms or buds. My wife thinks we came late and I saw we were early. We saw several bushes that were loaded in certain locations. Flame azalea were magnificent and it sure is nice to see your own shots of these magnificent flora. We are planning another jaunt to the smokey’s in September and will keep this hike in mind.
