I am Jeff Clark, founder of Internet Brothers, producer of this blog, and passionate about hiking. I live in Western NC near the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains. Pisgah and Nantahala National Forests are just out my door, so the content will focus on these areas, but let me know what you would like to see on the site.

Glad you were able to check out this park as it is really not in high use most of the time. Its been somewhat discovered by the Charlotte and Hickory folks, but because its off the road some, it dissuades a lot of impromptu visitors. I went on some of the other trails that just wander the woods, and its is very peaceful with some occasional rock outcroppings. Jacob’s creek that parallels the trail to High Shoals is outstanding. Thanks again Jeff for all of your posts.
