It’s a rough hike in warmer weather, with two difficult crossings of the creek, but the falls are among the most spectacular in this area. There’s a 15 foot rope climb down and then back up a vertical rock face. The top of the falls can be quite dangerous, with past fatalities. Still worth the effort, especially after a heavy rain.
