Thanks for the feedback guys. The hiking and picture taking is the fun part. Wrapping it all up and putting a bow around it on the web is the tedious part, but I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t enjoy it. Your comments help confirm that I’m doing the right things.

In reply to Summitstones. I've seen the redwoods and the sequoias. They are awesome giants. The basswood and tulip trees in the Smokies have their rightful place in my memories too... of size beyond comprehension.

Challenging crossings and wonderful old growth. They also speak volumes with their history.
