Thank you Meghan. Nope, I’ve only done Alum Cave, but there are four other trails that can take you to the summit of Mt. LeConte. They are all longer though.

We successfully completed our hike up Alum & amazing stay at the lodge. We were quite a bit slower getting to the top than you. It was a difficult first real hike for us, but turned the Hubs into a hiker so it was worth every breathless step. It was one of the best experiences we’ve shared as a couple. We can’t wait to do it again and significantly reduce our hike time.
