I was at Toxaway last weekend and went for a “little mountain walk” with my friends. I was sooo disappointed in myself that I forgot my garmin gps watch when the “walk” turned out to be a climb straight up a mountain, and all OVER the top of it haha. Now I can have an idea of the distance and elevation of where we spent a solid 2 hours hiking out brains out lol. We were staying on Cold Mountain & drove to the trailhead close to the schoolhouse falls. Going to work on my own post now! 😉
