A not-nice person has infected someone who knows me
with a virus that sends mass spam emailage. Within the past 24 hours I suddenly started
receiving dozens of mailer-daemon "unable to deliver" messages from domains all over
the world.
The sender of these messages shows as crazy accounts
like g138raqxcekx or k86pk2vkfk6a @my domain ... obviously
programmatically generated. Someone who has me in their email address book has
unfortunately encountered a vermin.
With subjects like Money you never have to return!,
Largest Govt. Sponsored Free Loan Program, or Government grants are easier to get
than you think, it's apparent that mayhem-by-spam is the goal of this belly-squirming
low life. It's bad enough to send spam in the first place, but to infect innocent
netizens who then unintentionally cause problems for their friends is reptilian.
Did you know my name is Heath Marion, or Heriberto
Woodruff? How about Maxine Velo or Eva Haywood? No distaff Internet Brothers here.
Those are just some of the names used on the From: field of the emails created
by this insidious virtual bacteria.
For anyone who may happen across this who has
received spam from Internet Brothers in the last day, please know I have nothing to
do with it. Hopefully the person who became infected will get their computer repaired
in short order and get back to productive net usage.
Folks, don't open unknown email attachments ... 'k?
