After a very busy week (without Internet access), I am ready to resume the job routine full-time tomorrow morning.

It's been awhile. I haven't worked for a pay check since the end of January. It would be nice to say I spent the lay off funnin' and sunnin', but the job search consumed nearly all my time.

This past week I relocated to The Triangle area of North Carolina. I searched for (and found) a place to live ... got all the utilities turned on ... moved my worldly possessions from Hendersonville ... even found time to cook a few meals.

The job will be in Chapel Hill (for now ... in a couple months it moves to Research Triangle Park). I am located in Morrisville, about a 25-40 minute drive, depending on traffic.

I'm in this for six months. There's a possibility of permanent employment, but for now, call me a consultant.

     A pooped consultant.
